Such noise is not only disturbing their daily lives and their well-being but is undermining their right to a decent night’s sleep, which is one’s fundamental right.

Recent data indicates that more than one in six people in Malta, roughly 120,000 citizens, live with a mental health condition, with anxiety and depression being the most common.
