03
Safeguarding Urban Conservation Areas: The waiver that exempts St Julian’s / Sliema area from such protection will be removed.

04
Protection of front and back gardens.

05
Solar rights: Residents have a right to receive sunlight within their homes.

06
Pavements to remain accessible. Local Councils to have the final say on outdoor tables, chairs and platforms.

07
The creation of open family parks, such as Manoel Island.

08
Enforcing ‘one apartment, one garage’ policy and all developments must have a garbage room/area.

09
Identifying public land/pathway. Public pathways are to be safeguarded and accessible to all.

Subsidizing double-glazed windows.
If entrusted with your vote, I intend to be an assertive voice for our environment, our common home.
